The T.P.R.S. Sr. Sec. School is formed by deed registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act of 1860. The Society known as "T.P.R.S. Shiksha Samiti" it is non-profit organization and administered by a distinguished Board of Governors.

It May be started that every country develops its own system of education to exxpress and promote its unique sociocultural identity and also to meet the challenges of times. But a constant failure of Indian education in this behalf created sparks of revolution in the mind of the noted personalities, who decided to establish a New School, radially restruturing the education system to improve its qualities at all stages giving attention side by side to science and technology as well as cultivation of moral values there by narrowing th egap between the education and the life of people.
